ACCOMMODATION
DETAILS OF BADMINTON TEAMS
Dear Sir,
We are enclosing the accommodation details
of the teams coming to Bangalore for the National Badminton
Championships. Kindly note the following:
01.
Teams who have not yet sent the
arrival particulars are requested to send us the same immediately. In
case if we do not receive the same, we will assume that those teams will
make their own arrangements for transport to the respective hotels.
02.
Please note that teams participating
in the Inter-state Inter-zonal championships will be provided with
accommodation from 18th January 2012 onwards and all other
teams will be provided with accommodation only from 20th
January 2012.
03.
Kindly send us the names and cell
phone numbers of your managers and coaches so that our personnel can
interact with them easily.
04.
The few teams who have not sent us
the names of their team members are requested to do the same
immediately.
